Prof. Dr. Kristian Fischer

Prof. Dr. Kristian Fischer is an attorney-at-law at the German law firm SZA Schilling, Zutt & Anschütz Rechtsanwalts AG in Mannheim. He is an Associate Professor at the University of Mannheim since April 2001. His research focus is on the European law, environmental law and the public economic law.

Prof. Dr. Holger Jenzen

Dipl.-Kfm. Prof. Dr. iur. Holger Jenzen (Steuerberater) is a Partner of the firm Ebner Stolz in Stuttgart which has a great reputation in taxation and auditing. 
He is an Associate Professor at the University of Mannheim since 1998 for the disciplines of proceedings, constitution and european law concerning the questions of Taxation. His focus is on the Tax law and the corporate law concerning national and international companies. He published a various number of articles and several lecture programs.

Prof. Dr. Manfred Muhler

Prof. Dr. Manfred Muhler was working in the legal department of a tax consultation firm for more than ten years, also as public prosecutor and judge in commercial criminal law and criminal tax law. Since 2000 he is judge at the Finance Court Baden-Württemberg in Stuttgart, since 2011 as head of the first senat, which is mainly judging on sales tax law.

Prof. Dr. Detlev J. Piltz

Prof. Dr. Detlev J. Piltz is certified tax lawyer (Fachanwalt für Steuerrecht) and Partner of Flick-Gocke-Schaumburg in Bonn. Since 1992 he is Hon.-Prof. in Mannheim. He published several monographs and articles on nearly every part of tax law. He is also co-publisher of several important professional journals on tax law.

Prof. Dr. Andreas Schumacher

Prof. Dr. iur. Andreas Schumacher studied business administration (Dipl.-Kfm.), is tax consultant and Partner of Flick Gocke Schaumburg in Bonn and since 2007 Honorary Professor of the University of Mannheim. His practical focus is on taxation of corporate groups, especially on national and crossborder mergers & acquisitions and corporate reorganisations. He is author of several publications on tax law.

Dipl.-Kffr. Dr. Marion Winkelmann

Dipl.-Kffr. Dr. Marion Winkelmann (Steuerberaterin) works independently as tax consultant in Karlsruhe. Her focus is on taxation of corporate groups and on tax accounting law.
